Most of our services are charged on an hourly tare, we provide no-obligation estimates on all projects upon request. Logo and website designs are charged as a package.

We will need some information about what your project in order to provide accurate quotes. All estimates include creation and delivery of files.

Our fees include licensing of all designs we create specifically for our clients. All documentation will be transferred to you upon request after the final invoice is closed. Files requested after 3 months will be subject to a fee. Please note we reserve the right to publish the design created for you as part of our portfolio.

We work on a first-come-first-serve basis, times vary according to our work load. Should you have a creative urgency, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. In occasions, rush-order fees may apply.

We require 50% off the quote as a deposit to start your project, the balance must be closed in order to deliver all final files. We accept eTransfers, cheques or cash. PayPal and Credit Card options are available for an additional fee. All our fees are subject to tax.
