We give estimates based on an hourly rate and on the common tasks required for your project. We will need some information about what you have and what we need before we can do that. Ask about our Logo Package. Contact us, and we will reply with an estimate of the time required and a suggested budget. All estimates include creation and delivery of files; we are not able to estimate time for revisions (that will be additional).
Our fees include licensing for all designs we create specifically for our clients. All documentation will be transferred to you upon request after the final invoice is closed. Files requested after 3 months will be subject to a fee. Please note we reserve the right to publish the design created for you as part of our portfolio.
It is sometimes possible for us to do rush orders for an additional fee. Send us a message as soon as possible, and we will get back to you to let you know if we have space in our schedule for a rush order.
We require 50% off the quote as a deposit to start your project, the balance must be closed to deliver all final files. We prefer eTransfers, cheques or cash (when possible). Please ask about PayPal and Credit Card options. All our fees are subject to tax. Our fees are in Canadian Dollars.
